Audit Com UK (formerly Audiotel UK Limited) is part of the Resolution Security Group. Audiotel UK Limited has provided TSCM (Technical Surveillance Counter Measures) services for over 15 years. Audiotel International Ltd (now owned by London & Boston Investments plc) has been designing and manufacturing security products for governments and corporate users around the world since 1978.

Our teams are highly experienced, having previously worked with Government Communications, Communications Special Forces and British Telecom plc. All our staff are vetted to BS 7858.

Resolution Security acquired Audiotel UK on 9th September 1999. On the 1st January 2000 the company was renamed Audit Com UK Limited .

The Resolution / Audiotel UK link dates back a long way, Resolution accounted for over 20% of Audiotel UK's turnover. Ray Summers, Audiotel UK's former Managing Director, remains a Director of the new company and most of the familiar Audiotel faces are still to be found in our offices or out working with clients.

In December 2001 Audit Com UK became the first TSCM company to receive ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Certification through the ISI Quality Assessed Scheme. See press release
